Description: Gaining an awareness of one's own cultural perspectives and beliefs is important in developing a global mindset. Students will explore the concept of culture and cultural variations; become aware of how their own culture influences values, beliefs and actions; and gain an understanding of the core intercultural competencies critical for working in a global organization. Description: Students will reflect on their intercultural experience and learning to identify strategies for effective leadership within a global context.
