GENET302 - Organization of Complex Genomes

Use of current genomics in Eukaryote genome sequencing projects, their implications and DNA sequence organization. Also covered are the influence of various chromatin configurations on gene expression, techniques for manipulating animal genomes, epigenetic phenomena, and regulation of the cell cycle. Prerequisite GENET 270.
